Classic Apple Pie Cake

Ingredients: 2 cups all-purpose flour 1 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp salt 1 cup unsalted butter, softened 1 cup granulated sugar 1/2 cup brown sugar 3 large eggs 1 tsp vanilla extract 1/2 cup sour cream 2 cups diced apples 1 tsp cinnamon

Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9-inch cake pan.

In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

Beat butter and sugars until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla.

Gradually add dry ingredients, alternating with sour cream. Fold in apples and cinnamon.

Pour into pan and bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
